Off The Press: The Art Book Directory is a curated selection of the latest art publications from around the country, presented as a free pick-up guide and electronic directory.

The printed editions of Off The Press are produced on our traditional offset press at Soar Print and copies will be offered free to galleries, public and school libraries and arts education organisations throughout New Zealand. 

With only a few specialist booksellers remaining in this country and little in the way of an online presence, there’s a real need for a guide like Off The Press to catalogue these works. We hope you find this as a useful reference and seed database for published books as art objects, books as exhibition catalogues, monographs, photo-books, design books, journals and zines in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
